A good camp experience is an investment in your child's future - the skills, attitudes, and values learned there can and often do last a lifetime. We hope that you will read through this website carefully, compare it critically with other camps' material, call us on our 800 number, ask questions, request our brochure, watch the videotape... then make an active, informed choice with the participation of your daughter(s).

This section of our website is intended to answer some of the more detailed questions we have been asked over the years by our camp parents. Growth and Education through Fun and Adventure

There are three things, at least, that we as parents must give our children:

Love, protection, exposure . . .

The first two come naturally for us; the third... sometimes doesn't. As a child is ready, she reaches out for exposure to new and different people, experiences, ideas. We must encourage this independence, while providing adult perspective, guidance, and boundaries. Controlled exposure then becomes fun and adventure, and a tremendously valuable educational experience.
